Thanks ladies!

Lori, you will get the entire story...I'm thinking FHE next week. :)

Cher, if I'm your hero, can I be a super hero? If I can be a super hero, can I choose my super power? That'd be cool.

Katie, I love love LOVE running with other people. That is my main help with not stopping. If I go with people who I know are going to run until they cross the finish line, (of course, they might make a few stops along the way), I am good to go! For me, a good running partner goes a long way in helping me succeed. (no pun intended...I promise). We help each other along, encourage each other, talk about other stuff to take our minds off the long run we've got ahead of us, etc. It's a great way to go. You should definitely try it sometime. :)

Karina, I'm so excited for next week...and then it's Moab time!

Kelsi, long time no chat! Thanks for commenting on my blog. :)

Holy Cow, that's awesome!! I'm very impressed. I've found that running partners don't help me. I've got to go at my own pace. Or maybe I just have never found the right kind of running partner-the one who runs MY speed :)

I guess I use two sources to help me run: a running partner who runs at my pace, or a good play list on my ipod....both things help me a lot! I've been lucky to have a couple of great running partners, though. It is tough to find them sometimes!

Keep up the great work! I'm sharpening my eagle eyes so I can stare at the Marines when they run by!

This is way late, but way-to-go Alli! Congrats on such an achievement. Are you still heading out this way for a marathon (or half) in October?
